Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Select health and personal care items

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (refund processing may take time).
  3. Reach out to your bank (processing delays are common).

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return’s value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, we’ll send the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.


Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}.

  • You will be responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure delivery. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
